Ebfhair is committed to deliver quality products and to provide a first class service to our customers.
Shipping :
We ship worldwide using UPS, USPS or Canada Post depending on the destination of your order. International Customers (except U.S. and Canada) are responsible to pay import fees (custom fees) and taxes from their own countries.
There is a free ground shipping for orders over $60 only for Canadian customers. U.S. Customers are elligible for free ground shipping only on our U.S. website click here to access our U.S. Website. You can request an express delivery for an extra fee. Please email us to give you a quote.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that we are processing your order (usually it takes between 1 to 2 business days to process your order). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order will be shipped. The delivery time takes between 1 to 3 business days on the East Coast to 4 to 6 business days on the West Coast.
We accept different ways of payments :
- Credit cards, debit cards (in the U.S. only) and echeck by Paypal There is a refund policy with Paypal of 45 days. After passed this time frame, you will get a store credit.
- Personal and Business Checks, Canadian, U.S. and International Money. There is a holding policy of 5 business days for Canadian checks and Money orders, 14 Business Days for U.S. checks and Money Orders (except for Wells Fargo customers, email for more details) and 28 Business Days for Overseas checks and Money Orders. Your order will be sent after the funds will be available.
- Direct Deposit into our bank account (for Canadian and U.S. customers) and interac email for Canadian customers. Interac email is a simple way to send money from your bank account to anyone in Canada, just like if you pay a phone or internet bill. You have a security question and answer that you will have to provide us after you made your payment.
- COD (Cash On Delivery) only for Canadian Customers. There is a charge of $8.50 plus applicable tax for this service.
- Western Union or Money Gram.
- Cash at our store.
Returns & Exchanges :
In the event that the products are found defective or you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us at 514-448-6603 or email us at commande@ebfhair.net for a return authorization. For more details, please read the authorization section.
You can either request refund, exchange or company credit for the returning item(s).
Shipping charges are not subject to refund.
If you receive the wrong item, we will pay shipping both ways (we will email you the shipping label to return us the item).
If you are not satisfied with the item, you are responsible to pay to ship the item to us.
If you want an exchange, we will notify you of the shipping charge by email.
Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, we do not refund or exchange items that are worn once.
* For wigs, half-wigs, ponytails, weaves and braids customers must request for a refund or for an exchange within seven business days of the delivery date. For shipments that we cannot confirm delivery date, refund or exchange request must be made within eleven business days of the shipping date.
* All other items (skin care, hair care, cosmetics and accessories) are eligible for refund or exchange during fourteen business days of the delivery date. For shipments that we cannot confirm delivery date, refund or exchange request must be made within eighteen business days of the shipping date.
* For all shipments via USPS to overseas and Military Installations, such as APO and FPO, we may be unable to track shipments. Therefore, no refund or exchange will be available.
* Refund or exchange request beyond above days, will not be accepted.
* If the last request date for refund calendar day falls on a Sunday or on a National Holiday, please make sure to leave us a voice message or send us an email to ensure that the refund or the exchange authorization has been received.
* All returns must be in new condition, not worn nor altered with original package. All merchandise must have the original tag attached in the original package.
With meeting above criteria, contact Ebfhair customer service and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The returned goods must be shipped out within three business days of the issuance of the RMA number. The RMA must accompany all the returned goods. The RMA number must be written on the package.
For refused package(s) we will credit the total amount less shipping cost.
